Use
- Clion 2018.2 - (install targets from cmake fixed !! )
- CMake 3.12.1 - (better c++17 or 20)
- MinGW from nuwen: https://nuwen.net/mingw.html - (gcc8.1 - concept, ranges, seqan3)
- gcc8.1 - (better c++17 or 20, concept, ranges, seqan3)
