IPSW and AIPSW confounding models

In light of the changes in #108 I should make both these generalizability/transportability models easier to use in observational settings. This change would be in line with all the updates working to make estimation easier for users
Rather than requiring IPTW to be imported from outside, I should have an option like iptw_model() that calculates the IPTW. This would be more in line with the updated missing_model(). I can also consider tacking on a missing_model() as well.
I won't have this in v0.8.0 but I will add soon after
