Unable to access glow model

Hi, i'm having issue when building the glow bundle , as I am getting access denied when trying to download glow model from http://fb-glow-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/models

I figured adding -DGLOW_BUILD_EXAMPLES=OFF is one workaround
