Builds failing after Werkzeug 1.0 bump

Your dependency on Werkzeug is breaking our build. Once Werkzeug bumped their version to 1.0, Pytest-flask is breaking in circleci.

Looks like this was addressed in #105 and was released as version 0.15.1.
