Slug changed from arabic to english

Describe the bug
when i add new post or update post slug show by english but i write arabic
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'admin'
- Click on 'posts'
- Scroll down to 'create new post'
- add details
- try add slug arabic
- update post
- show slug not saved as arabic but english
