[streams-platform] Error when installing multi site

Bug Description
Pyro throws error when trying to install a new site with a multi site setup.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Install sites modules
- Setup new site in dashboard
- Run command php artisan install --app={app_name} --ready
- See error
Expected behaviour
New site installed.

Tried to find this, I think perhaps to do with using the wrong .env file on boot.
