Proposal: Add New Sub-Key Alias 'uri' (Equivalent to 'file')

I often have to verify myself that uri is not a valid key in pipfile entries, so it would be helpful if we could either alias it to file or make it a valid subset of file only for remote (i.e. scheme != 'file') values
