Docs: Outdated `hatch run` commands in contributing section

In the contributing section of the docs (https://hatch.pypa.io/latest/community/contributing/), the hatch run dev, hatch run cov, hatch run full commands have been replaced by the hatch test command, and the hatch run lint:fmt and hatch run lint:all commands have been replaced by the hatch fmt command. We should update the documentation with the new commands.
