Question: Resync BPMs for TrackingData

When activating the resync-bpms on tracking data, there seems to be something going wrong and at the end of the machine the phase is wrong, as seen with Tobias Tracking data (see logbook 2021-10-12).
If the resync-flag is not set, everything looks fine.

Why is this happening? Should we not be able to resync even on tracking data? Or, if we don't have to resync, then activating the resync flag should not change anything?
