plot_optics_measurements: Add coupling

Recognized as RDT so far. Should be it's own thing. Doesn't end in plane. And RDT check needs to be adapted.
Should be done after #305 is finished.
Also in GUI (I think filenames need to be adapted)
Fixed in omc3 and in the GUI now
