doc: duplicate options in README configuration list

Describe what happened (or what feature you want)
The README has duplicate listings for the configuration keys picker and picker_config, here and here.
Describe what you expected to happen
These keys should only be present once, with all available sub-keys listed (the second appearance of picker_config is incomplete).
