Problem firing weapons on Vehicle sheet (On The Forge only?)

Use Case:
- Open Vehicle
- Add Actor
- Assign Actor to Pilot or Gunner position
- Fire Weapon
On The Forge this produces an error that it can't find the firerID.
But if the sheets is closed and reopened it appears to work.
That said I have not seen the issue on a local (Clean) installation!
Was actually happening on native FVTT as well. Closed with V2.1.1 release
