What happened?
in my web app, all requirements are satisfied but still get this error.
How do we reproduce the behavior?
What do you expect to happen?
Required package
What environment were you using?
Os: Windows 10

I'm getting the same "Failed to fetch" error after trying to download my packaged app.

Hey sorry, we had an outage over the weekend caused by a configuration I broke in Azure. I just got this back up running a few minutes ago.
