Unable to start application

When I start the application a window pops up that says Runtime Error Failed to Open Window. I'm unable to get this to work at all and have tried airlink and virtual desktop to no avail. I looked through the log with a friend and the only thing I'm seeing different is that I have a link to open "Virtual Desktop Streamer" in the JSON load but I don't know. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
