Automated-Detction-of-Liver-cancer-in-WSI

As the number of cancer patient increase day by day, we can only take control with the help of early stage cancer detection. We use deep learning techniques to build and train the models. The whole slide image is a higher resolution image. We proposed two methods for semantic segmentation of WSIs in liver. The methods are U-Net and Auto Encoder. Semantic segmentation is applied to identify the tumor with the given WSIs. We were able to segment the viable tumor area.
