[Enhancement] List chart on artifacthub

Currently the chart is not listed on artifacthub.
Given the fact that some registries (e.g. harbor) impliment their sync with artifacthub it would be nice to have the chart there.

However, given that PSO will be merging with Portworx by the end of the year, we will not be following up with this..
