Problem with the export in html

[Google Code Exporter]

I am able to export a document as an html file. When I open the html document 
on my computer, it works perfectly.
Anyways, when I send it to someone else, that person can't display correctly 
the html document without an installed Pencil application and opening first the 
document in Pencil.

What I do:
1. Export document/Single web page/copy links from background
2. Export

Pencil: version 2.0.5
