Problems with cyrillyc symbols

[Google Code Exporter]

1. Create new UI document
2. Add any element with cyrillyc symbols.
3. Save document and close it
4. Reopen saved document.
As a result there are elements without inscriptions. if make mouse's 
double-click on them the inscriptions will apeear again.
