follow link to other tab in editor

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create page named "A"
2. Create page named "B"
3. On page "A"
4. Create picture
5. Set "link to" to "B"
6. There seems to be no way to follow link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When right click an item with "link to" context menu should contain "follow 
link"


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
