Another software package prevents the installation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install pencil 0.4.4b-0ubuntu5 (Software to draw cartoons)  
2. Try to Install evoluspencil_2.0.3 or higher version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error Message:
