Describe the bug
On iPad unable to scroll down to the 'Update Course' button on the edit course details page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Admin > Courses'
  2. Click on 'Edit Course Details'
  3. Scroll down to 'Keyboard is open, close and scroll down to Update Course'
  4. Button does not scroll into view

Expected behavior
Button should be visible
