Hidden notifications due to PNotify modalish

Describe the bug
The user unable to see all of the notifications due to the PNotify modalish. The image attached shows that there are notifications present, but they are hidden.
If the user takes two actions (like saving two forms), the app shows only one message at a time. the messages are stacked. this could confuse the user.
To Reproduce
Save or update any form to create the notification
Expected behavior
All notifications should be visible for the user.
