Detailed logging of user actions in the panel, including file operations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We use your panel on a project where a dozen administrators sit in the panel. We cannot be sure of them and their intentions 100 percent. Therefore, I want to be able to see their actions in the logs.
Describe the solution you'd like
Please write in the log who opened which file, edited or deleted, and added. Also, how to change the server settings for example. What commands were sent to the console, etc.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I don't see an alternative way out. Except to narrow down the circle of administrators. But I can't influence it, only contact the fact of a bad event, if it happens.
Additional context
I would like this function to be default and easily accessible. That is, so that it is immediately mentioned in the documentation, and everything is clear.
