Servers menu fails when a remote node is offline.

Describe the bug
When a remote node is offline, servers menu gives an "Unknown error" and fails to show online status of all servers including servers from online nodes and localnode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a server on local node.
  2. Create a remote node.
  3. Create a server located on remote node.
  4. Shut down the remote node.
  5. See error "Unknown error".
  6. See the server on local node also shows as offline/unknown even through it's online.

Expected behavior
The panel should show the online status of local node and online nodes. Instead of giving an "Unknown error" the panel should say "Node 'x' is offline"
