errors to compilation

Before opening this ticket, please confirm that:
- I am running the latest version of pip, i.e. typing
pip --versionyou get this version. - I have read the installation documentation and the frequently asked questions
- If install failed, I typed
pg_configon the command line and I obtained an output instead of an error.

- OS: Linux Debian Bullseye
- Psycopg version: Source distribution
- Python version: 3.12.2
- PostgreSQL version: 16.2
- pip version: 23.3.1
Hello good! I'm trying to install psycopg2 from a conda virtual environment, on a Bullseye debian linux.
