Run 83- original kicked off on Monday 2-23
Run 84 - weighted location choice of new buildings by 3X - nominal improvement - kicked off Tues 2-24
Run 85 - added buildings in problem spots (military bases) and kept SeaTac airport from being torn down.
No other 01-10 runs planned at the moment
