MacOs can't open Prismatik and others problems

Hi,
after installation and configuration (Prismatik 5.11.2.31) I can't open the application normally. I have to open the contents of the application and open via Contents->Mac OS->Prismatik then the application starts, but screen grabbing only works in desktop background (not when I open a video, photo or app). The universal version also doesn't work.
In issues I found a version that works (Prismatik_5.11.2.10_70.dmg), but the leds that shouldn't be turned on are turn on (as if they were mixed). I checked grab widgets and the leds are set ok.
Screen recording access enabled.

try setting CG grabber in .31
ohh I forgot to mention that.
On the MAC AC doesn't work at all, FPS is 0.
On MAC CG screen grabbing only works in desktop background.
In addition, to open .31 I have to open the contents of the application (Contents->Mac OS->Prismatik).

I have the same problem as you, can't open the app as usual.

I don't have a solution for this error. Now I use Prismatik_5.11.2.10_70 but it has a lot of bugs

i have the same problem , use 5.11.2.10 only can show the desktop color.(mac m1 ventura 13.0.1)
Adding the Contents to the screen recording permission can solve these problems, and there is no problem with the latest software
Has anyone found a way to capture the contents of the screen and not just the desktop background?
