LED Flicker sometime after cold start

Hello, I have looked in the different issue and i think i need osme help to pinpoint the problem,
Can someone explain to me how to get such image from the logs:

What level the log should be ?
Ps maybe adding this to the Wiki could help a lot to debug.
Ps2 i have no idea if the problem came from my device of from the software.
To solve the problem generally i have to close Lightpack, open the Arduino IDE, open the serial sniffer, close the Arduino IDE, open Lightpack.
50% of the time it work, the rest I have to reboot the PC ...
