led delay some specific games / grapping FPS problem

I am using NvFBC for capturing.
and CH340port with baud rate 115200

Some games delay LED color change by more than 10 seconds.(The LED color changes every over 10 seconds.)

I think there is some problem on capturing frames
prismatik says my frame rate reached 994FPS, but although I turen on vsync, the frame rate does not change.

NvFBC might capture frames at funky rates, or have a spike here and there (menus?), who knows
but the message is still valid: your baud is ok for ~24fps, gotta bump it for more, see here
Also Prismatik has a mitigation for situation such as yours, it tries to keep up by skipping frames instead of building up the queue (hence the delay)
if your NvFBC fork predates that release, that would explain that

thank you for replying. I think I figured out the problem.
the game i playing (days gone) is somehow prevent capturing using drm or something. i can not even turn on nvidia shadowplays record functions.
