The program doesn't work on my windows system, after running as administrator the icon appears in the taskbar and disappears after about 3 seconds
With this few details there is no way to know what's going wrong on your system.
If this is still an issue please go to C;\Users\<YourName>\Prismatik\main.conf and edit the DebugLevel to be 3, then try again and post the log file here.
