Difficulty finding plugins available for download

Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I couldn't find a better place to post it instead.
I wanted to know if there is a place to post or find plugins that people have made.
I was thinking to submit a PR with a "curated plugins" section however I wasn't able to find any plugins online to include (other than my own https://github.com/BKrajancic/Prismatik-Device-Sync). I'm wondering if this is a case of there being few plugins available, or me not being able to find any online.
Could be interesting to have a repository of known plugin and what they do.
I also haven't found anything but it is weird because there is a plugin system available but nothing ...
For example I was thinking maybe a system to sync prismatic with the RGB control system of a third brand when the screen is on sleep.
