Run-time parameter change

Currently we compile in the featurization parameters, which leads to a messy jumble of ani_XXX.so files corresponding to different sets. It would drastically improve the quality of the users if they could dynamically adjust this without a recompile. This would also make model serialization #69 easier.
note to self: 181.95s/e on gdb7 - need to keep this number comparable after we change parameter settings
