Adding total scanned files to ModelScan report

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We know the number of skipped files in the json report: skipped: { total_skipped: number }, but we don't know how many file were either scanned or successfully scanned. It would be nice to add this so we can have an idea of what was scanned. In the future it may be nice to know the list of files that were scanned, but isn't important to my current use case.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should add either a total_files_scanned so that we can calculate the number of successfully scanned files, and/or a total_files_successfully_scanned attribute.
