Consider dropping "#bug" from commit messages

We currently have commit summaries like "cat/pkg: Stabilise 1.0.0 amd64, #1234".

GLEP 66 suggests we should just use Bug: tags for commits. I'm not sure if the verbosity of the bot posting commits to Bugzilla is going to be a problem, but I think it's worth considering unifying the arch testing commits with all of the others in ::gentoo.

Anyway, open for discussion.

The rationale was precisely to avoid lots of bot-comments.

Sure, I get it. It's just also inconsistent. Maybe having a way to have the bot give smaller/leaner comments would be helpful.
