Use as SDK sometimes freeze due to unreleased internal handlers

Current Behavior:

When using as SDK with top 100 ports the scan remains stuck at 99% under unknown conditions and with multiple runs exhaust available internal network interfaces handlers as they are not released

Expected Behavior:

SDK scan to complete successfully
