Hey Jeff,
quick questions:

  • Can it access private repos?
  • Is there an easy way to build (and cache I guess) some kind of tree with a list of directoy/files
  • I don't know if you're familiar with GH Enterprise, but any chance it would run with replacing .github.com by .mygitserver.com ?

Private repos: Nope :\

Directory indexes: You should just make your own. :\

GH Enterprise: I'd fork and deploy your own instance that runs against your
GHE domain. It costs nothing to run and is nearly no work to manage.
