Is this Project even maintained anymore?

Apologies that I'm using the Issues like a forum post, but while I was cleaning up Pull Requests I've authored that haven't been merged in, I was surprised to see that there was an open PR here: #319
I've worked in software and OSS for a couple decades now and totally understand that this is not a priority project, but to go nearly 2 years without so much as a comment? Normally I'd just chalk it up as an inactive project but this owned by Github (or at least owned by current/former members of Github)!
If my PR doesn't meet the muster for the project - that's fine! Just let me know, or provide feedback on how I have to improve it so it can make the cut. But at least make a little bit of an effort to maintain what you're offering.
And if you need new maintainers, ask! While I'm not sure I'd volunteer myself, I can't volunteer if the opportunity isn't announced.
For anyone who stumbles upon this issue - by all accounts this project is dead, but you can still automate stale PRs using the github action actions/stale

@theaccordance what makes you sure that this project is dead? I can see the last commit is from April, which isn't so bad.
@dudicoco @theaccordance see this article. Looks like they are not recommending this anymore thus being removed from probot apps site. Also related to #384.
@tenshiAMD thank you for sharing the notice. It's a shame they didn't take the time to update the notice or perform an archive action here as it would have been more discoverable.
Hey sorry everyone: this project is no longer maintained. We will archive the repository and add a notice for everyone to use the action instead: https://github.com/actions/stale.
