Stale bot does not work on repos

First, thanks for this great bot, we are using this on daily base on Nextcloud, but since a while it seems to not work…
Android repo:
- https://github.com/nextcloud/android
- config is set to adress issues with "bug" and "needs info/discussion"
- see: https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3A%22needs+info%2Fdiscussion%22+label%3Abug+sort%3Aupdated-asc
--> there are issues since Nov 2020 that are not handled by stale bot
Desktop repo:
- https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop
- config is set to issues with "bug", but without "approved"
- see https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Abug+sort%3Aupdated-asc
--> issues from 2018 should be pinged by statle bot
Is there something we can debug on our side?
