Question: what counts as "Activity"

A GitHub App built with Probot that closes abandoned Issues and Pull Requests after a period of inactivity.
What counts as "Activity" exactly?
It seems obious to me that comments count as activity. But what about:
- Changing assignees
- Changing labels
- Changing milestone
- Changing project
- Moving in a different column of a project
- Mentionning from a commit/pr/other-issue
Do they all count as "activity"? Or Only comments?
P.S: I open this issue as a "Question". But you may consider writing it down in the docs ;-)
