Cache results of overpass query

Very often, overpass was throwing errors about too many requests. It could be fixed (in some way) by making usage of caching. I am considering user-side caching because queries to overpass are also coming from user. It could be as dummy as "cache this query as is" or "do some complicated juju, which will be so complicated that it would be easier to do not cache it at all".
