Rendering VDB Volume causes segfault

Used smoke.vdb from https://www.openvdb.org/download/
Attempt render on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS x86_64

@Wesxdz How did you import the vdb into Blender? I'm not seeing a crash when I import it via Add->RenderMan->Volumes->Import OpenVDB.

I tested this with RHEL7. Note, we don't officially support Ubuntu, and have had reports of crashes and other issues:
