Add mainnet block testing to the MPT codebase

During the zk light client PoC, Adria added many tests that use mainnet blocks with the zk light client circuits; which was a great way to test the MPT against real blocks. We need to move the functionality of these tests to the MPT codebase because they are very useful to keep testing the MPT.
