Update font-weight for mono text in headings

What is this?
Currently our code/mono typeface text is rendered at the same font-weight as the heading. This causes some readability issues and also aesthetically doesn't appear as clean.
My suggestion is to update headings to allow for code examples/mono typeface text to render at a font-weight:400. It would be good to check if this causes any accessibility issues but overall I feel it looks and reads better.
