Jump in navigation between sites

Hi! 👋🏼

I noticed there's a small jump in the navigation links (What's new, Design, Development, About) when you move between sites.

1. Go to https://primer.style/
2. Then open the Design dropdown and go to https://primer.style/design/ - the space between navigation items is smaller

It happens in a few sites.
