compiling issues

I am trying to build/compile pokeemerald for the first time using the Make compare command but I get this error:
C:/pokeemerald/pokeemerald/tools/scaninc/scaninc.exe: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-6.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Did you fix your issue? How did you do it?
