Sensible defaults for xdebug profiler

XDebug profiles shoud be put in the /vagrant folder and xdebug.profiler_enable_trigger and xdebug.profiler_enable enabled.
Also https://github.com/jokkedk/webgrind might be provied for easier visualisation.
