@dannychapman I have added the new and most excellent group photo to our assets:

presidential-innovation-foundation.github.io/assets/img/design/PIFGroupPhoto.jpg

However, I don't know how to do the rotating banner idea---it looks from the like like you wrote the styling that puts up the current banner --- do you know how to make it rotate or animate? I would prefer that you do it if you know how.
