If you unplug then plug ?

Can hyprctl monitors detect the missing monitor? or it wouldn't detect anymore

It can detect

Cool, can you install nwg-displays and map your other monitor to a certain position?

as you can see your ext monitor is map at a negative value. Try it first.

If we imagine your external monitor position, it is outside the field that is rendered I guess

Here use this to manually configure you monitor https://wiki.hyprland.org/Configuring/Monitors/

Actually I have manually done that from hypr.conf
And before that also this issue was there

okey i have change this also

with the help of wdisplays

Is the ext monitor still not fixed?

Not fixed

Ok, try to check the wiki https://wiki.hyprland.org/Nvidia/ . If still no fix please open the issue on their github.
