Could not find the version : tensorflow-gpu==2.3.0

Going through the process on the step pip install -r requirements.txt , there seems to be an issue with the tensorflow version,as it can't find it.

I also went through the official tensorflow website and tried downloading the specific version with the link, but there also it says that the wheel is not supported for this version.

System Configs :
OS : Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Python Version : 3.6.8
