How to set `base-url`?

Problem description
In the old version of booksonic the parameter CONTEXT_PATH=booksonic was used to configure the path for reverse proxies (https://example.com/booksonic for example).
Air doesn't appear to provide a mechanism for this?
THe LSIO dev CHBMB found a solution.
